POLIREUM removes infringing content and terminates repeat infringers. This page explains how to report content, how to respond if your content is removed, and how removals are reviewed.
1. Reporting Infringement (DMCA Notice)
Send a notice to copyright@polireum.com, or by post to:
POLIREUM Designated Copyright Agent
Polireum, LLC

A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) must include:
• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or product, track, post, storefront, or release on POLIREUM you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
2. What Happens Next
We aim to acknowledge notices within 2 business days and act without undue delay. If we remove or disable content, we notify the affected user with a statement of reasons that explains what was removed, the legal or policy ground, whether automated tools were used, and how to appeal.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed in error or through misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@polireum.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any district where POLIREUM may be found), and that you will accept service from the complainant.
We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
4. EU and UK Notice-and-Action
Anyone in the European Union or United Kingdom may report allegedly illegal content — copyright, trademark, right of publicity, unauthorized voice or likeness, defamation, or other unlawful material — to legal@polireum.com. Notices should be sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated and include the location of the content, why it is unlawful, your contact details, and a statement of good faith.
We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, and give affected users a statement of reasons, as required by the EU Digital Services Act.
5. Appeals
Affected users and reporters may appeal any removal, restriction, demonetisation, or account suspension by writing to legal@polireum.com within six months of the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a person, not solely by automated means. EU users may also seek out-of-court dispute settlement with a certified body and may complain to their national Digital Services Coordinator.
6. Voice, Likeness and AI Complaints
If a POLIREUM user has cloned your voice, used your name, image, likeness, or persona, or presented AI content as yours without permission, email copyright@polireum.com with evidence of identity and the content in question. We may suspend the content while we investigate.
7. Trademark Complaints
Send trademark complaints to legal@polireum.com with your registration details, the mark, the goods or services covered, the content complained of, and why it is likely to cause confusion.
8. Repeat Infringers and Misuse
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts that repeatedly infringe. After prior warning, we may also suspend, for a reasonable period, users who frequently post manifestly illegal content and complainants who frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices.
