Questions

Do I need a paid plan to sell?
No. Every plan — including Free — includes a creator storefront. POLIREUM takes a 10% storefront sales fee on the Free plan, and Artist, Pro and Label pay a 0% storefront sales fee.
How are payment-processing fees handled?
Processing costs are charged separately from the POLIREUM storefront fee on every sale, and reconciled against the actual amount charged so your payout breakdown is exact.
What happens to credits I purchase?
Every AI tool spends from one credit balance — a song is 10 credits, a remix 30, artwork 2. Your plan credits refresh on the 1st of each month and are spent first. Credits you buy on top never expire and are used only once your monthly credits run out. If a render fails, the credits come straight back.
Do I need a plan to send music to stores?
No. Distribution is open on every plan, including Free. It costs $3.99 per track, paid once per release — a single is $3.99, a five-track EP $19.95. There is no yearly fee.
What happens to my releases if I cancel my plan?
They stay live. The $3.99 per track is a one-time charge, so a release you have already sent out keeps streaming, and you keep takedown, metadata edits and store status for it on any plan, including Free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings in the app; your storefront fee updates with your plan.
